Reservations & Bookings:
Bookings can be made by contacting the Trillium Spa by phone, 7 days a week or by completing our Trillium Spa online reservation form. To ensure availability we suggest appointments be booked at least two weeks in advance of your visit to reserve preferred choices. A credit card number is required to guarantee your booking.

To enjoy the full value of the spa experience we suggest that you arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late for an appointment may require us to cancel or shorten the length of service with full charges applied. Upon arrival you will be presented with a robe and slippers that you will wear throughout your visit. Towels, complimentary personal hygiene products and lockers for your personal belongings are available. As the 'wet' area (hot tub and steam room) is co-ed, please bring your swim attire. In order to assure your maximum safety and comfort while in our facility, a brief personal health history questionnaire is required. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. This information is considered confidential.

The Spa welcomes person's age 16 and older. Any guests under 16 years of age and no younger than 10 years require adult supervision to receive treatments. All services and prices are subject to change without notice. Smoking, cellular phones and pagers are not permitted in the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for stolen items. Gift certificates are available for any of our treatments or in any monetary denomination of your choice.

General Policies

• When Day Spa guests arrive on the property, they should go directly to the Reception (Main Lodge) to pay for their treatments. Residential guests will receive their Spa schedule at reception on check-in.
• All guests should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their appointment (this will give you sufficient time to go to reception, check into the spa, complete the required client history form and to change...).
• Arriving late for an appointment may require us to cancel or shorten the length of service with full charges applied.

Cancellation policy:

Out of consideration for our guests, a minimum of 24 hours is required after which a charge of 50% will apply.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not included in the prices and are left at your discretion.

By car from Toronto:
Two hours from downtown Toronto.
Follow Hwy 400 to Hwy 11. Continue north on Hwy 11 about 18 km past Bracebridge to South Mary Lake Road and turn right (follow the blue sign for for Trillium Resort & Spa). Go 4 km until you reach a Stop sign and turn right. Continue over the bridge and turn right again on Deer Lake Road. Follow for about 1 km, then turn left at Clearwater Lake Road. Go another 3 km and you'll see us on the right.

From Ottawa or Montreal:
Take Hwy 60 to Huntsville, then south on Hwy 11 to South Mary Lake Road. Go 4 km until you reach a Stop sign and turn right. Continue over the bridge and turn right again on Deer Lake Road. Follow for about 1 km, then turn left at Clearwater Lake Road. Go another 3 km and you'll see us on the right.

By bus or train:
There is a bus service from Toronto to Port Sydney.
Train service is from Toronto's Union Station to Huntsville.
