Qi Gong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. Qi Gong means “cultivating energy”; it is a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increased vitality.
Meditation means awareness. It is a state of consciousness where the mind is free of unsettled thoughts and mental stressors. We begin with awareness of the body and breath. Work will then be focused on techniques specific to individual spiritual practice leading to ones inner peace.
Wellness Experience classes require a minimum of 2 people to proceed.
